Dulce de Leche Iced Coffee

This Dulce de Leche Iced Coffee comes together quickly and easily and is perfect if you love caramel.

dulce de leche iced coffee

The recipe is delicious with a homemade dulce de leche. You can prepare it in advance, it makes a full jar and you can store it in the fridge for up to one month. I always use this dulce de leche recipe. If you don’t have the time, the store bought dulce de leche is almost as good, so you can definitely use that one too.

As for the coffee – I like to make coffee using a special technique, but you are welcome to use YOUR favorite brewing method. What I like about this method (read more about this instant pour over) is that you don’t have to wait for coffee to cool down or make coffee concentrate in advance. The recipe is quick and impossible to mess up and I strongly recommend to try it out sometimes.

DULCE DE LECHE ICED COFFEE
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ground coffee
4 ounces water
4 large ice cubes
2 full tbsp dulce de leche

Directions:
Make coffee using your favorite brewing method. Pour over filter or French press make the process a lot easier, but it’s not a must. You can make good iced coffee with Keurig, too.
To make one 8 ounce serving, use 2 tbsp ground coffee + 4 oz water. If you want to make two servings, use 4 tbsp coffee + 8 oz water and so on.
Now, put 4 ice cubes in a glass and really really slowly pour coffee over ice cubes. As the ice melts, it will cool the coffee down and dilute it to its ideal strength. To finish, add 2 full tbsp dulce de leche and you’re done!

I usually don’t use any extra milk, but you can add 2 ounces cold milk if you prefer. Enjoy!
