If you like Irish coffee, today is your lucky day, because I am going to show you how to easily make one at home.
It seems that Irish Coffee has everything: it is tasteful, it includes coffee
and it really can turn a simple moment into something special. So, I think it can be a good choice for Sunday afternoon coffee…
Although original Irish coffee is prepared with whiskey, I love something sweeter. I use Bailey’s liquor, in order to get that nice Irish coffee touch, but much softer one, in comparison with classic whiskey based coffee.

Bailey’s Irish Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz coffee
1oz to 2oz Baileys liquor (depending on your taste)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon whipped cream
Put sugar into the glass. Pour in the liquor and then coffee. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved, and leave to settle for a few minutes. Put whipped cream on the top.
Note: I suggest to use Bailey’s Original Irish Cream liquor for this recipe but a good choice can also be Bailey’s with a Hint of Caramel. If you don’t usually add sugar to your standard coffee, you can skip sugar in this recipe. Cream and liquor will probably be just enough.
